I want to make an official complaint against a rude customer service technician who hung up the phone before I can explain the entire issue. She was rude and unprofessional. Her name is Refried.
I need to speak to a supervisor in regards to this incident.

This was on called for and I will put this online for everyone to see how rude your customer service/technician was.
