Rush hour rewards for different provider messages repetitive

I have pacific power and my message inbox constantly asking me to join PGE rush hour in which I have joined to shut the messages to join off. I get a message eventually saying I can't join after a week or more then it starts all over why can't I pick my area or power company directly or if pacific power doesn't have an incitive and I don't have PGE shut this pestering message off until pacific power joins. I use my zip code for setting my nest up and PGE is no were near my location it's 30 miles north of 97352. In Salem Oregon

I understand that joining the rush hour would help you save energy at home. With this, the availability of the energy partner may still depend on what area you are located in and if the utility company joined this program. I'd suggest contacting your energy provider to verify if they are associated with the Nest Rush Hour program.
