Can somebody please help me disable (unenroll) my thermostat from the Rush Hour rewards program.
i have called the number Google give twice over the last few months and on both times the call center have no idea what Rush Hour rewards is. I try to explain to them, which is no an easy task given their location and eventually they say it’s unenrolled only to find over the last few days that this is NOT the case.
I have also emailed my electric company, National Grid for upstate NY, with no response.
HOW DO I GET MY THERMOSTAT UNENROLLED?? It is extremely frustrating.

Did you previously fill out this Contact Us - Google Nest Help and if so do you have a case number? If you do have a case #, please let me know and I can have a specialist look into this for you.
If you haven't yet filled that out, please do and use the Contact Us options.
Super disappointing to hear that the reps you called didn't know what to do. Ugh!
