I have a Safety Temperature set on my Next Thermostat. I understand that an alert will be sent to me if the temp in my home goes below the setting. I would like everyone in the Household to get the alert if this happens. Does anyone know if the alert goes to everyone, or just to the person who set up the thermostat? If the latter, how can I set it so that everyone gets the alert?
Hi @tomasdelrio - you would need to go on each person‘s individual mobile device to make sure that in the notification settings in the phone settings app are turned on specifically for that app. Then you will want to double check and make sure that inside the Google home app that the notifications have also been turned on. That double check will ensure that notifications are properly sent. Sadly, you can’t do that all from one phone or device
