Oh no! I'm sorry for the inconvenience it has caused you. I'd love to know more about this.

 

A question: what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? You might want to double-check the setpoints you've set on your thermostat schedule. If needed, you could try dragging the setpoint up and down to adjust the target temperature and left or right to adjust the time of the setpoint. Please take a look at this article and let us know if you need more help.
