I recently had to delete everything about my google home. Now I have the Nest thermostat, I login with my gmail and can no longer control the temperature and set a schedule. Maybe the wrong account but I tried everything. How can I fix this? Can I reset it to factory default maybe?

Yes, the easiest route to take based on the description of your concern is to reset your thermostat's account connection settings then set it up on an account that you currently have access to. Here's a guide: https://bit.ly/3riP5Dp

I solved this by having another family member adding the device to a new “home”  after factory resetting all devices. No matter what I did it would not appear.
