Scheduler not working 4th Gen

Looking for help!  I have been a Nest Thermostat user since Gen 1 and have never encountered the problem I am having now, and cant figure out. The use is A/C only, connected to a two stage system. I use Y1, Y2, G, Rh and C. The scheduler is not activating a change in temperature. The thermostat acts as if the scheduler is not existent. When I manually change the temperature for my Home app on my IPhone it changes correctly. Any ideas?

  • When did the issue start?
  • Have you done troubleshooting steps? If so, can you please list them?

I replaced the Nest with a new Nest (full replacement, including wiring bracket), so I believe the issue has to do with wiring to the a/c unit, but it’s beyond my understanding. Looking for suggestions!

I need to get more information to send you the correct troubleshooting steps. Please help me out by answering the following questions:

  • Did the issue happen during installation or after installation?
  • What other strange symptoms have you experienced since the problem started?
  • Are there any error messages? If so, what are they exactly?
  • Can you please send me a picture of the Nest Learning Thermostat wiring?
