Scheduling temperature change in thermostat

I have senior parents living with me and with winter in northeast, i would like to keep the house warm. But then that feels too warm at night. So i want to set it to cool down. I don’t see a way to change mode from heating to coming while setting a schedule in the app. How can i achieve heating from 6 am to 8 pm and cooling from 8 pm to 6 am?
