Screen is dark, dead.

  • Our HVAC is down so the technician disconnected the Nest.  Yesterday the screen showed that.  Today the screen is black, no power at all.  Will this changed once he has fixed and reconnected our system?  I can't even check battery levels because the screen is totally dark.

Is the battery dead? Take it off the base and plug into via USB to your computer and see if it starts charging up
