You have opted me into Seasonal Savings, I never even knew it existed until today when I was cold and couldn't work out why the heating hadn't come on. The new schedule that you have imposed on me was a minimum 3C lower than what I had set it to.
I set my temperature to the temperature I did because that's how I like it, why do you think it's sensible to override that without asking me first?
I've now disabled Seasonal Savings, but the temperatures in the schedule haven't reverted to my presets. How do I restore the old settings? The answer better not be by manually setting it all up again, I did that when I set the thermostat up initially...

Same shot here - and yes you have to do it all manually again.

Hi folks,
@GN1, I'm sorry for any inconvenience you experienced with the Seasonal Savings feature on your thermostat. To restore your thermostat schedules, you will need to manually set up the thermostat again. I understand this may not be the ideal solution, especially if you had already set it up initially. However, going through the setup process again should allow you to input your preferred temperature settings. You may also need to reset your thermostat to its factory defaults. This will clear any customized settings and revert the thermostat to its original configuration. To avoid any unintended changes in the future, it's a good idea to review the settings and features of your thermostat, including any automatic or programmatic functions. This will help ensure that the thermostat operates according to your preferences and that you have control over the temperature settings. temperature settings.
Let us know if that helps.
Best,
Zoe
