My second thermostat has gone offline. I have tried resetting and followed the advice for a W5 error code but nothing is working. I don't seem to have the menu choices that I need either. I have now removed the product from my Nest App to try and reconnect it from scratch but now I can't get beyond a code it says I need from the thermostat which doesn't come up.
