Setting heat temperature schedule

Beantownpooch

Hi I understand how to set a temperature on the app. So I can set the temp to 20 degrees at 7 am for example. I’m looking to set a schedule, ie I’d like the heat to be on from 7-9 am and then again at 8-10 pm. I’m not sure how to do that. I tried putting a temp setting at 7 am and again at 9 am but I think it’s turning off in between. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you

If it’s going off before the temp you set at 9am, it must be because it’s reaching that temp and staying there?

or am I talking rubbish 🙂

That’s what I assume too but wanted to check because the Nest app/ dial still shows that it’s on but the radiators are not.. Nest and this heating system are new to me. Thanks for your reply

Hello folks,

You got it right! Thanks for the help, @Ducati749.

@Beantownpooch, I understand it's confusing about the temperature schedule feature. You will notice that your system was turned off during or between the aforementioned schedules. It happens when your thermostat reaches your desired temperature and will maintain it until it senses a change in the room's temperature. Usually there is at least a 2- to 3-degree difference before it turns back on and goes repeatedly until the next schedule.

Feel free to let us know if you have more questions.
