I've had my Nest thermostat for a year plus, and I like it very much. My wife is a cancer survivor, and is sensitive to temperature changes. She prefers to simply have a single temperature setting whether heating or cooling. How can I make it a single setting instead of a range?

For now, an alternative is creating a schedule to keep the same temperature throughout the day. For reference, you can check out these articles depending on the thermostat model: Temperature schedules for the Nest thermostat and Temperature schedules for the Nest Learning Thermostat.
Keep me posted.
