Stage 2 cooling

Does the 2nd generation learning thermostat have a display that says stage 2 cooling is on or does it always just state cooling?

Thanks for reaching out, I understand that you need to know when the thermostat is cooling. I am happy to help you!

If your thermostat is showing a blue screen (for Nest Thermostat 2nd generation) or cooling mode is active, then the A/C is continuously running. It will switch to a black screen once it reaches the target temperature.
