Hi, with a duel fuel system how do you set your alt. heat to start below the lowest aux setting of -12c / 10f? Our heat pump is supposed to be efficient until -17.5c. I would like to try this setting at -15c.
I've done this before when I reset the nest. I'm not sure of the exact steps though.
