Nest thermostat turns on via scheduler, gets up to temp switches off then does not switch back on when temp in room drops. I have to keep going to the stat and turning the ring up until it comes on, then turn down to desired temp. An hour or so later I have to repeat the process. I spoke to the nest help line and the nice man I spoke to had me re-set the scheduler and re enter the time settings for the week. I tested it last night and it was still the same. The temp in room was 16' temp on stat was 20' and it still wouldn't switch itself back on. I have had the stat for a year now,and It didn't work properly from new. We thought It was us not setting it up properly, it certainly looks very complicated at first sight.
If anybody can throw any light on my problem it would be much appreciated.
