Temperature calibration

I'm in the UK. Is there any way to recalibrate a nest thermostat (Thermostat E)? My nest thermostat is showing the incorrect room temperature and is taking forever to reach the target temperature. I've tested with two other thermometers and the nest is showing the temperature as 1-2 degrees lower than the actual room temperature.

Hey @Chalklands,

I'm sorry to hear about this, but let's try and find a resolution together. First of all, could you send me a picture of the thermostat's power readings? You'll find them in Settings> Technical Info> Power. 

Also, a picture of the temperature shown on the thermostat and a thermometer next to it so that I can see the difference will be appreciated.
