Temperature incorrect

Nibbo
Community Member

Hi all, my thermostat does not seem to be reflecting an accurate temperature reading.

If for example, I set it to 17 degrees the heating comes on. Once the temperature is reached the heating goes off as expected. The problem is that the house starts to cool but the thermostat still shows 17 when it is definitely colder than that. I can set it to 18 to get it going again but the same thing happens.

The reading does eventually start to drop but it seems to be much slower that it should be.

Anyone else had this?

Thanks for any help.

Hello Nibbo,

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your inquiry. I'd love to know more about this.

Could you please tell us what type of Nest Thermostat you have? Also, do you have a schedule of temperatures created?

I'll look forward to your response.

Regards,

Mark
