The service i got was so upsetting

I have had my Google thermostat replaced once and this would be my 3rd one. I paid the temporary $200 so it can be shipped and no need to wait until I send mine. 

The thermostat I got was refurbished and not working now they want me to send the replacement and wait for them to get it and wait till I get the replacement again.  I don't think that is fair. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told there was No one only through email.  I called 3 times the first 2 where so rude.  I wasn't given the email to send the replacements, replacement.  Honestly you'd think I got it for. Free. I paid well over $200 for my device I'd expect more.  I expect better service.

I had to call 3 times to get some type of service.  The first 2 where extremley rude and unsympathetic.  3 thermostats needed replacements.  The third tech that was the nicest sent me an RMA numbar RMA91532768.  The others didn't even sent me an email of anything. I believe I do have recordings of the conversations. I record all my calls.
