The wind speed cannot be changed in heating mode

When I select the heating mode, I found that my air conditioner has always been low wind, even if I choose high wind, it doesn't help. how to change wind speed

Incorrect configuration may have an impact on settings. To be sure, could you share a photo of your thermostat's wiring? Also, I found a helpful article for the fan control settings; please let us know if that helps.
