Please help, I installed a thermostat e in November 2023 and it is brilliant. However for no apparent reason last evening it displayed a download symbol and went offline taking the heatlink offline with it. No heat since. multiple resets have not worked to thermostat and to my home network. After 15 hours the devices are still shown offline in the app. No further diagnosis is possible as they seem locked in this state.
I have tried the warranty web pages but there does not appear to be a method of reporting this issue there, and I end up in a loop.
