Thermostat Wiring

The Air conditioning wires do not detect in RS and RH ports. Due to this, the thermostat isn't working. Any suggestion on what can be done to resolve this

Could you share a photo of your current thermostat's wiring? What's the message code or wiring report you are getting? Also, please gather the power readings in the Technical Info settings.
