I've had two thermostats installed 2 years ago.
Around December I migrated all my home Nest products to Google Home an lost them all. BIG MISTAKE! None of my devices migrated over to Google and I couldn't get back into my Nest App.
Recently I've factory reset on both thermostats. One is now connected to my phone app, but the other can't connect, and comes up with a message that says that there's a problem and to try again later.
I've factory reset the problem thermostat 3 times, but it still doesn't provide an entry key
Anyone know how I can overcome this?

Sorry to hear about what you've been through but thanks for reaching out. I want to dig deeper into this.
A few questions — what type of Nest thermostat is the one not connecting? How did you perform a factory reset? Did you reset the Account connection of it or did you choose the All Settings option? Also, do you get a specific code on your thermostat's display or Nest/Google Home app when the setup fails?
