Need to know what the colors for a level of charging unit with USB are …how do I know when unit is fully charged?

Hi Tab2, 

 

Thanks for reaching out to us. Below is the color indicators in charging the Nest Thermostat. 

 

  • Red: When a device is connected to a charging unit and the LED indicator is red, it typically means that the device is actively charging.
  • Orange: Some charging units use an orange color to indicate that the device is in the process of charging, but it is not yet fully charged. This color may indicate that the battery level is moderate or approaching full capacity.
  • Green: A green LED indicator often signifies that the device is fully charged or has reached a high battery level. This color indicates that the charging process is complete, and the device is ready to be used or disconnected from the charger.
