Thermostat defaults to eco every night

Every night, I wake up in a place that's too warm and when I check my app, the thermostat has defaulted to 79 degrees. I reset eco to 77 degrees and it still goes to 79. Why won't it stay on the temperature I set it to?

Hey there, 

I'm sorry to hear that your thermostat isn't staying at the temperature that you put it on at night, I'm sure that is frustrating but I wanted to see how I could help. 

I was able to find a great article that should be able to help you set a temperature schedule so that when you're asleep, you don't have to worry about the temperature changing.
