Hello,
We've turned the hearing back on a few days ago. For some reason, the display on the thermostat is displaying 6'c higher than the actual room temperature.
This is incredibly frustrating as we have had the thermostat for less than a year.
I have tried a reset, and this didn't help.
If this is broken, Google could you let me know how to order/have you send a replacement thermostat? Incredibly annoyed right now, especially heading into winter times and with a new baby 4 days old.
Cheers

Is anyone going to answer the question raised by Gordon91. I have been having the same problem. The Google nest thermostat came fitted with my new build home and it has been a nightmare as the "current temperature" on both the 3rd generation and Nest Thermostat E models has been 10 degrees higher than the actual temperature in the room. This means when the actual temperature in the room is 17 (outside its 14), the intelligent Nest thermostat shows 27 degrees (way to go Google) and if I want to manually turn on the heating then I have to select a temperature of 28 degrees or higher and put unnecessary pressure on the boiler and add to my heating bills. Why cant you make something that works
