Thermostat doesn’t discover WiFi network. Have entered WiFi name and pass and nest keeps searching. Please advise.

Don't you think anyone with A) the intelligence to have installed a Smart Home device and B) the frustration level to have resorted to posting here would have already searched your "help" docs? Those steps don't work.

That may well be the case and it's great when people do that and let us know what they've already tried. However, how are we to know that without asking? It's generally best not to assume.

@n2remedies, thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry for the delay. I just want to check if you were able to visit the link that has been provided above and tried the troubleshooting steps there. Please let us know how it goes.
@joniepp, if you have the same issue encountered and you already tried the steps provided in the link, please try to factory reset your Nest Thermostat. Please be advised that if you have a schedule created it will be deleted as well. I suggest having a copy of the schedule first before you proceed with factory reset.
