Just got 2 thermostat e’s for rental properties
one I’ve setup with no problems, the other returns a TD023 error on setup, tried it with a different phone and also in my own house but it still won’t connect, also pressed dial in for 10 secs to reset and still not working, house logo comes up and that’s it. any ideas anyone?

The TD023 error can occur when your thermostat is unable to connect to your phone or tablet over Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). This can happen because:
Your thermostat is already added to another account.

since it’s the initial setup from new, I don’t have a ‘settings’ option on the thermostat yet to enable a reset
