Thermostat e wire question

I have been given different answers I have on my Honeywell the following wires connected.  E, R,G,B,Y,C. The nest app says is not compatible but if y remove the E from the list the app says is compatible. Also seen comments online saying you can connect wire E to W1. Any recommendations?

Are you sure you have the Nest Thermostat E? It is only available from a Nest Pro.

Does your thermostat have a mirrored display?

Yes is nest thermostat E was given to me as a gift.
