My heat link and thermostat have become disconnected somehow and I cannot reconnect them. I have tried restarting the heat link multiple times and moving the thermostat closer.
where do I go from here? Do I need to get a new heat link?

Just a quick question, is there any lights on the heat link?
Should the answer be no, then check power to the heat link, if power ok, then chances are heat link faulty.
Second, if there are lights on what colour,?
