Hello Sewer1,

I'm sorry for the trouble this may have caused you. It appears that your thermostat is not holding a charge — let's see what's going on.

Could you tell us what type of Nest Thermostat you have? Are you getting any message codes? Also, please check the power readouts from the technical info settings.

I'll look forward to your response.

Thanks,

Mark

Hi. I spoke with Google support and they say it's problem with display. I exchange allready for new one. Again learning 3th generation l hope will work. I'm not expert but in technical info/power showing me

battery 3.926V

Vusb 5.11V

Vin 0.00V

Lin 200mA

Why vin it's 0? On you tube movie showing around 40V. For me showing 0 on old and new.
