Thermostat lost Wi-Fi

I lost internet connection yesterday i can’t seem to get connected I’ve reset my router re downloaded my nest & my nest will not pick up on my Wi-Fi

by chance did your thermostat update to software 6.3-5 in the past few days? it bricked my wifi and then upon resetting the device it no longer works since it cant connect to wifi to set the thermostat up.  i posted about it last week.

  • What type of Nest thermostat do you have?
  • When did the issue first occur?
  • What is the software version of your Nest Thermostat?
  • Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, and more) near the thermostat?
  • Has there been any recent change in the home Wi-Fi network?
  • Do you only have one Wi-Fi network, or are there others?
