H72 error showing. Can't get Thermostat to power up or connect to the Internet

Hi Pedro72golf,
Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry for the delay.
The main reason why we're getting this code is that the Nest Thermostat is not getting any power from your HVAC unit. We could check the HVAC unit switch first and make sure they are all turned on. Check the fuses as well as they might be tripped.

Also, could you send us a picture of your current wiring configurations so we can further check what's going on.
