Hi. Yesterday I lost the connection between heatlink and thermostat.
Since then I have reset the heatlink (blue light flashing), reset thermostat, Done factory reset, entered the equipment code again. Nothing seems to be able to connect the 2 together. Spoke to customer service who couldn't assist either.
They want me to buy a new thermostat or ask a nest pro to fix it (at a cost).
The adviser days that thebfact the blue light blinks means the heat link is fine. As the thermostat is not connecting its the problem. No other reason was given for that conclusion.
Before I venture to any of those options, does anyone have any other ideas.
Appreciate your help.

Take it off the wall. There is a micro USB port on the back, so you can plug it in to charge it.(I don't have a C wire)

My nest is on the base unit (not on wall) and so is constantly on charge. How did you charge ?
