Thermostat not heating

Hello,

i am having problem with my thermostat. Is says it is heating but its not. Its been a week now weve been having problems with it and its always cold in the house. Please help.

Orange.

Gotcha. An orange light means that it has disconnected from the thermostat. Have you seen any messages on the thermostat display?

Hey @Jel12. You can try to restart the Heat Link by pressing on the Nest button for 20 seconds. Let me know how it goes.

Where can I see the button on the Nest?

It is on the Heat Link, a white box with Nest written on it.

That is my nest device. I don’t know where can I restart it.

Thanks for the photo. That's the thermostat display. The heat link looks like this: https://bit.ly/37qS9Wl It is usually installed next to the boiler.

I don’t see any heat link here.

That's strange. Can you send me a photo of the thermostat's base? You can remove the thermostat by pulling it towards yourself.
