Thermostat offline

We had a power outage a couple of weeks ago!  When the power came back on all my devices came back on line except our thermostat!  I have tried a few times to reset the modem and everything comes back up but the thermostat!  The problem is we are in RI and the thermostat is in FL!  That’s why we bought it. So we could keep an eye on it remotely!  Any ideas?

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the delay. 

I'm afraid that if restarting the modem remotely does not work, you need to have someone at the location to manually restart your Nest thermostat. He/she might also need to do further troubleshooting to have it reconnected back to your WiFi network. Check this out for more information: https://bit.ly/2LLr1J0
