Thermostat offline

Thermostat is suddenly constantly offline. I have done the troubleshooting but still not working. Any ideas?

Im having the same issue. I've followed the toubleshooting steps on the website. Just have a perpetually blinking green light. Detaching and reattaching the display did not work. Manually restarting by pressing the display for 10 seconds did not work. Nothing being shown on the display. It was only installed a month ago, the device is very new.

Thanks for reaching out ― let's sort this out.

Give these steps a try:
 

1. Check your air filter, as a clogged filter may cause a similar symptom. 
2. If the air filter is dirty and needs to be changed, I recommend replacing the air filter and let us know if the issue continues after you change the filter.
