Do you have a c wire for your thermostat? Have you tried removing the display off the wall, and put it back again?

@ Nelvis1986 Thank you for reaching out, and I 'm sorry for the inconvenience. Please ensure that the thermostat display is properly seated to its base and check if all the wires are connected. Also, inspect for any visible damage on the 20-Pin connector.
