Thermostat says "Save more at home" and I can't dismiss the message pressing the "Next" button.

I figured it out.
Just click on the side like you’re about to do a factory reset.
It will ask you if you want to adjust your temperature by 1 degree and save money.
Say no (or yes) and it goes away.

Mine is doing the same thing

Hi everyone,
Sorry you are having this issue.
Can you let me know the model Nest thermostat you have? How to tell which Nest thermostat you have - Google Nest Help
A picture of that error message would also help if you can add one here.
I'm going to escalate this over to the Community Specialists from Nest as well.
Thanks

I tried removing the unit from the wall and it finally unfroze. No idea if that did something or it was a coincidence but it moved me to the next screen and it's back to normal.
An official Nest response would be great instead of the previous posts where they just close the thread without answering.

I just did the same. Pulled from the wall, removed the batteries and let it sit for a while then when I put it back I could finally clock through the messages. Weird that multiple people had the same issue today.
