I created a schedule for today to change the temp at 1pm. It did not change. What did I do wrong?

To help us pinpoint the issue, I've got a few questions:

 

Which Nest Thermostat Model Do You Have? You can easily identify your model by visiting this link: Nest Thermostat Model.
How did you adjust the schedule? Did you modify it through the Nest app or directly on the thermostat itself?
 
Let's try a reset. Here's what we can do to potentially resolve the schedule issue:

 

Access the Quick View Menu: On your thermostat, navigate to the Quick View menu.
Dive into Settings: Scroll through the menu and select "Settings."
Reset the Schedule (Carefully!): Using the thermostat ring, navigate to "Reset" and then choose "Schedule",  followed by "Clear Schedule." Important: This will erase your existing schedule.
Recreate Your Schedule: Once the reset is complete, go ahead and build your desired schedule directly on the thermostat.
Monitor for Improvement: Observe your thermostat for the next few days and see if the schedule issue persists.
