Thermostat shows H72-code

Hi!

As of late my Nest Thermostat has stopped functioning. After charging the thermostat by means of an external output, the thermostat generated an H72-code, for not receiving power.

I have checked the heatlink (type Amber-2.5): it shows no LEDs or other signs of life. The technician who installed our thermostat suspected the heatlink needs replacing. The thermostat has been installed in april 2019.

Kind regards,

It's a fault with the heat link, but you will get a replacement free of charge. Just go to website and book. I just got mine.
