Thermostat software feature request

Have had my thermostat for a few days and it is great.  I was excited about the potential fan control, but am a bit disappointed.  My request is a setting which keeps the fan running for a specified number of minutes after heating or cooling is done.  This is similar to your airwave, but the purpose here is to balance the temperature between rooms.  In my home, the 2nd story ends up about 5 degrees hotter than the 1st floor.  When I manually run the fan for 15 minutes after heating, the temperature is balanced.  Similarly for cooling.  Thanks
