Thermostat stuck showing a download arrow above a home icon. Tried reset and the same . Left it for 1 hour still the same . It worked fine up to a few hours ago ,

I'm sorry for the trouble this may have caused you — let's see what's going on.

It appears that it doesn't complete the software update. Please refer to this guide to troubleshoot if your Nest Thermostat becomes stuck during setup.
