I have two thermostats that have been connected for 5+ years. Yesterday we came home and they were set to heat mode despite it being 90+ degrees outside. I changed them both back to cool. Tonight I awoke and they were set to "off" mode. How can I tell who is changing settings? Is there a log of some sort? I don't think my Google account is compromised.

Thanks for checking. Looks like seasonal adjust changed it to heating mode. I've had these thermostats for 5+ years and have never had this occur. Very premature for my climate.
