My existing thermostat is connected to W and RH with a jumper to RC how do I connect my nest. I don’t see RH or RC?

You never use jumpers on a Nest or any brand smart Tstat.
You will put R to R and W to W but you need a C common wire from your system to keep the Nest powered and charged.
Is there a spare wire in the cable not being used otherwise its best to pull a new 5 conductor thermostat cable to the Nest and connect Blue to C and on the system end connect to the C terminal on the board (if you have a C terminal).
Post pics of the wires at the heating system so we can determine if you have a C terminal to use.
