Thermostat

Hi my thermostat keeps saying in 2hrs+. I connected it through the app and on my phone it’s showing on but no heat is coming through.

On the thermostat it’s showing on in 2 hrs +. I switched it on at 3pm got home at 6:15 pm and still no heat. My house is very cold and my kids are freezing. This happens every week. I have tried manual switching it on from the thermostat and still same problem.

the hot water comes on if I switch the booster on but not the heating.

please help

Thank you for the information @Rosemary001 . Thanks for trying different ways to engage the heating and test the thermostat. So it seems that no matter what you do it says it is heating but no heat is coming through, correct? 

Next try and activate the manual mode from the Heat Link to see if that activates the heating. Go to the white box, the Heat Link, and press the button in the middle of it. Two additional LED lights should come on and both heating and hot water should activate. 

Check in a bit after and see if the boiler activates and if the it is starting to get warm.
