Thermostat

Can someone help me with my thermostat nest learning. I’m getting W5 error like everyone else.. Should I just take this **bleep** back

I'm having the same issue.  Everything else is connecting to WIFI no problem, but Nest 😞

Sorry to hear about what's going on with your thermostats. 

Confusedcop29, what specific Nest thermostat do you have? Have you tried restarting it if the code disappears? If yes but to no avail, what country are you in?

MarkRanger, are you getting the same W5 code like Confusedcop29? If yes, what Nest thermostat is this? Try also to restart the device and see if the code clears up.
