I have total four Google Nest Wifi smart learning thermostats(3rd Gen) in my home heating system, they worked perfictly until one day one of them suddenly failed to connect to wifi. I tried few times resetting the device but the result was still the same. Any good suggestions?微信图片_20231215004746.jpg

Hi Michaelleetao,

Yikes! I'm sorry to hear that your thermostat suddenly failed to connect to Wi-Fi. Follow these:

  1. Ensure the device is awake and in ready mode.
  2. Make sure Bluetooth is on. Turn Bluetooth off, then back on to refresh the connection.
  3. Put the mobile device on airplane mode, then turn on Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.
  4. Quit and restart the Nest or Google Home app.
  5. Restart the phone or tablet.
  6. Move all devices being used for pairing closer to the router.
  7. Restart the router.

Let us know how it goes.

Best,

Zoe
