Help! Husband installed our thermostat yesterday and our air conditioning isn’t working now. It was working fine before, but now isn’t getting cool and the fan is barely blowing. He already double checked the wires connections.

Could you share here the photo of the wiring set up of your old and new Thermostat? Try re-seating the Y1 wire from its terminal and check again the power reading. Looking forward to your response.
