Help! Husband installed our thermostat yesterday and our air conditioning isn’t working now. It was working fine before, but now isn’t getting cool and the fan is barely blowing. He already double checked the wires connections.

Same, this seems to be issue for many of us, NEST sucks!!! I'd never recommend it.

Hello everyone,

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To confirm, do you see any error codes? Could you share here the power reading while you're calling for cooling? Could you share here the photo of the wiring set up of your old and new Thermostat? Try re-seating the Y1 wire from its terminal and check again the power reading. Looking forward to your response.

Regards,

Emerson

Hey, my husband uninstalled it for the moment since we are in a heat wave in NC. I will post here again when we can try again!
