Thanks for checking it with us. I'd like to take a closer look at it. In what country are you located? Could you please share with us the photo of the wires connected to your thermostat or to your system's control board? It will help us to check your system's wiring configuration with the Nest Thermostats. Ensure that the labels of the wires are visible.
